棕刚玉简介：

棕刚玉，俗名又称金刚砂，是用矾土、碳素材料、铁屑三种原料在电炉中经过融化还原而制得的棕褐色人造刚玉，故为此名。棕刚玉主要化学成份是AL2O3，其含量在94.5%-97%，另含有少量的Fe，Si，Ti等。

棕刚玉主成分是氧化铝，分等级也就用氧化铝含量来区分，棕刚玉氧化铝含量越低也就硬度越低了。韧性好比SiC高，显微硬度1800-2200kg/mm2，体积密度≥3.85g/cm3，耐高温，耐火度高达1850℃。

棕刚玉主要用途：

（1）由于有耐高温、耐腐蚀、高强度等性能，故用浇钢滑动水口，冶炼稀贵金属、特种合金、陶瓷、炼铁高炉的内衬（墙和管）；理化器皿、火花塞、耐热抗氧化涂层。

（2）由于有硬度大、耐磨性好、强度高的特点，在化工系统中，用做各种反应器皿和管道，化工泵的部件；做机械零部件、各种模具，如拔丝模、挤铅笔芯模嘴等；做刀具、模具磨料、防弹材料、人体关节、密封模环等。

（3）刚玉保温材料，如刚玉轻质砖、刚玉空心球和纤维制品，广泛应用于各种高温炉窑的炉墙和炉顶，既耐高温又保温。棕刚玉粒度砂是由人工精选棕刚玉块,采用对辊、球磨、巴马克等设备加工而成，粒度由F8-F325.主要用于抛光、研磨、工业磨削等，还可以按客户要求进行水洗、酸洗处理等方法加工，能够满足客户的不同需求。

低碳棕刚玉经过炉前和特殊工艺的再处理，降低棕刚玉中残余碳的含量，使产品在使用中不粉化、不爆裂、韧性大是磨料磨具行业，耐火材料行业的原料。主要用于陶瓷磨具、***磨具、有机磨具、砂带、涂附磨具等，　根据残碳含量分为：煅烧棕刚玉C≤0.05%、低碳棕刚玉C≤0.10%、普通棕刚玉C≤0.15%。
